Session Fee                £50.00

 ~ The above fees are for a 50-minute session, paid 24 hours in advance via Bacs or on the day by cash.

 ~ I offer an initial free 15-minute telephone/online consultation, which is to be arranged

 ~ The sessions are completely confidential. The only reason to break confidentiality is if I feel you are at risk to yourself or others, but I will discuss with you how to seek additional support.

 ~ Cancellations are subject to full fees if given less than 24 hours' notice.  I would aim to rearrange sessions to accommodate work commitments and holidays

~ Counselling can help with a wide range of issues, i.e. anxiety, work related issues, depression, trauma, issues around gender and sexuality and relationships.

~ Each session is client led and tailored to you and your needs

Please note that on-site access to a toilet for clients is not available. However, public toilets are available at the end of the Haxby Shopping Arcade, next to Minster Vets. There is a small fee to access them, or free for disabled people with a RADAR Key.
